IS210WSVOH1AE is the dedicated WSVO servo control card for GE Mark VIe turbine control system, installed in standard VME rack single slot, powered by rack redundant 24VDC backplane.
Equipped with high-power heat sink for long-term continuous servo drive operation, 18-bit DAC for current output and 18-bit ADC for position feedback achieve ultra-high closed-loop control precision, critical for turbine fuel flow and air intake regulation to guarantee unit power stability under rapid load fluctuation.
All analog channels adopt 2000VAC galvanic isolation to eliminate ground loop interference in high EMI power plant cabinets. Built-in multi-layer hardware protection: overcurrent, short-circuit, open feedback, output overrange, with millisecond-level fault timestamp logging uploaded to HMI/SCADA.
Configured and calibrated via GE ToolboxST software, supports hot swap without system shutdown, widely used in combined-cycle power plant gas turbine main control racks. GE discontinued new production, only surplus new stock and refurbished replacement spare parts available in aftermarket.
